1. Instant Event Ticket Recovery & Gate QR Pass:

   - Or send 'tickets' or 'qr' to the bot and select your booked event.
   - The bot immediately sends the ticket QR code pass and event entry details directly into your WhatsApp chat.
2. Download Payment Receipts (Instant PDF):
   - Send 'RECEIPT <reference>' or 'REC <reference>' (e.g. 'RECEIPT BP-89214')
   - Or send 'receipt' to find recent payments by email/phone.
